Remove gross filth and heavy soil deposits. A pre-cleaning step is required and recommended for heavily soiled areas.
DISINFECTION: Use 16 ml of EP51B QUATERNARY DISINFECTANT per litre of water (1:61) using cold tap water. Apply disinfecting solution using mop, cloth or sponge to wet surface thoroughly. Allow treated surfaces to remain wet for 10
minutes and then let air dry. Prepare a fresh solution for each use. Rinse with potable water all surfaces which come into contact with food after disinfection.
SANITIZING: To sanitize previously cleaned and rinsed hard non-porous food contact surfaces, use 5 mL per liter (1:199) of cold tap water. Apply sanitizing solution using mop, cloth or sponge to thoroughly wet floors, walls and countertops. Let air dry. Rinse with potable water for food contact surfaces where required. Avoid contamination of food.
PRECAUTIONS: DANGER. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. Harmful if absorbed through skin or swallowed. Do not get in eyes, on skin, or on clothing. Wear goggles, safety glasses or face shield and protective clothing when handling. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Wash contaminated clothing before reuse. Do not mix with oxidizers, anionic soaps and detergents.
DISPOSAL: Do not contaminate water, food or feed by storage and disposal. This product package including the container and label should be offered for recycling, reconditioning, or disposed of by other procedures approved by federal, provincial and local authorities.
PRECAUTIONS FOR FOOD PLANTS: Equipment and surfaces subjected to direct food contact must be thoroughly rinsed with potable water after cleaning with this product. Avoid contamination of food during use. Do not store in food processing or food storage area.
RECYCLING: This product package including the container, label, and shipping carton are all designed to be recycled.
