PROTECTION PLUS Floor Finish

1. Remove old finish from the floor using an Avmor Floor Stripper.
2. Rinse, neutralize and allow floor to dry thoroughly.
3. Seal floor if desired using EP86 LOKSEAL.
4. Apply 2 - 6 coats of PROTECTION PLUS.
5. Allow 20 – 40 minutes drying time between each coat.
6. Finish can be maintained by daily washing with a neutral cleaner and periodical spray buffing or burnishing.
DAILY CLEANING – LOW MAINTENANCE
1. Dust mop the floor to remove dirt and grit.
2. Use a neutral cleaner with mop or auto-scrubber to remove soil.
3. When required use a burnisher (1000-3000 rpm), polish the floor to build shine, remove scratches and scuff marks.
PERIODIC MAINTENANCE
1. Dust mop the floor to remove dirt and grit.
2. Use a neutral cleaner with mop or auto-scrubber to remove soil.
3. On a weekly basis, using a burnisher (1000-3000 rpm), polish the floor to build shine, remove scratches and scuff marks.
4. In high traffic areas, apply a coat of PROTECTION PLUS or spray burnish using Avmor’s EP85 SIDEKICK restorer.
HIGH MAINTENANCE
1. Dust mop the floor to remove dirt and grit.
2. Use a neutral cleaner with mop or auto-scrubber to remove soils.
3. Using a high speed burnisher (1000-3000 rpm), polish the floor to build shine, remove scratches, scuff marks and to polish the surface 3-6 times/week.
4. In high traffic areas, apply a coat of PROTECTION PLUS or spray burnish using Avmor’s EP85 SIDEKICK Restorer.
SCRUB AND RE-COAT
1. Dust mop the floor to remove dirt and grit.
2. Dilute a deep scrub cleaner in a mop bucket using a low speed floor machine or auto-scrubbing machine.
3. Apply solution to floor.
4. Using a blue pad scrub floor to remove the top layers of soiled finish.
5. Pick-up dirty solution with mop or vacuum.
6. Rinse thoroughly and let dry completely before recoating.
7. When the floor is dry, apply 2-3 coats of PROTECTION PLUS Floor Finish.
8. Allow 20-40 minutes of drying time between coats.
9. Allow 24 hours to cure.
10. Burnish (1000 – 3000 rpm) for a “Wet Look” shine.
